Straw yellow

A delicate nose of ripe stone fruit.

The palate is well balanced and creamy. In addition to the ripe peach, minerality adds to the broad mouthfeel and clean acidity.

Chardonnay

Hills in the south of the province of Asti, Piemonte. South West aspects at altitudes between 200 and 400 m. Limestone-clay soil.

Piemonte low Guyot trellis. Planting density 4,000 - 4,500 vines/ha.

Match with white meats in cream sauces, or perhaps avocado salads.
