Creamy, bready notes balanced by fresh fruit. Subtle citrus aromas and yeasty, biscuity notes.

Palate

On the palate more leesy characters balanced by ripe orchard fruits. Medium-bodied with a creamy texture and a touch of fresh acidity on the finish.

Hills in the south of the province of Asti, Piemonte. South West aspects at altitudes between 250 and 400 m. Limestone-clay soil.

Vineyards

Piemonte low Guyot trellis. Planting density 4,000 - 4,500 vines/ha.
